Consumer right of withdrawal. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract. A clear statement is sufficient to exercise it (e.g. by email to info@host4you.online) stating your full name, order number and order date.
Early expiry. If the customer requests immediate activation of the service before the withdrawal period ends and confirms that they are aware of losing the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract, the right expires upon full performance. In the event of withdrawal after the service has started but before it is complete, a proportionate amount is owed for the service already provided.
Exception. Domain registrations are excluded from withdrawal as soon as the application has been submitted to the registry, as they are services customised to the customer's specifications.
Voluntary money-back guarantee. Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee on web hosting plans: within 3 days of activation, the customer can request a 100% refund without giving reasons. The guarantee applies only once per customer and per service. If a customer re-orders the same or an equivalent service after a refund, they are not entitled to a new guarantee. Domain registrations, software licences, SSL certificates and setup fees are excluded. In the event of abuse (repeated order/refund cycles), we reserve the right to refuse the guarantee and decline new orders.
